Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the Sleep Baby mobile application (Android package com.sleepbaby.melody, iOS bundle com.sleepbaby.sound), published by ATech (“we”, “us”), collects and how it is used.

Information you provide

Sleep Baby does not ask you to create an account and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, photos, contacts or location. All sounds are bundled with the app and play offline.

Information collected automatically

To understand how the app is used and to fix crashes, the app uses two Google services:

• Google Analytics for Firebase — collects anonymous usage data such as app opens, which sound was played or stopped, device model, operating system version, country, an app instance identifier and, on Android, the device advertising ID. This data is used only for aggregated statistics, not for advertising. See Firebase privacy information.
• Firebase Crashlytics — when the app crashes it sends a crash report (stack trace, device model, OS version, app version and an installation identifier) so we can fix the problem.

We do not show ads, we do not sell or rent data, and we do not share data with third parties other than the Google services listed above, which process it on our behalf.

Permissions

On Android the app uses the foreground media playback permission so that sounds can keep playing with the screen off, and shows a media notification while a sound is playing. The app does not access the microphone, camera, contacts, files or location.

Children

Sleep Baby is intended to be used by parents and caregivers. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Data retention and your choices

Analytics data is retained in aggregated form according to Google Analytics settings; crash reports are kept for up to 90 days. You can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings, and you can stop all collection at any time by uninstalling the app.

Security

Data is transmitted to Google over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we use commercially acceptable means to protect it.

Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always available at this address, with the date shown at the top.

Terms of Use

By downloading or using Sleep Baby you agree to these terms. The app is provided free of charge “as is”, without warranty of any kind. You may not copy, modify or redistribute the app or its sounds and graphics. Sounds and graphics are used under their respective licences (sounds partly by jacobalcook under CC BY 3.0, graphics by Freepik).

Sleep Baby is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional advice. Always keep your phone at a safe distance from your baby, away from the crib, and use a low volume. If you have concerns about your baby's sleep, talk to your pediatrician.

Reklam göstermiyoruz, veri satmıyor veya kiralamıyoruz; veriler yalnızca yukarıdaki Google hizmetleri tarafından bizim adımıza işlenir.

İzinler

Android'de seslerin ekran kapalıyken çalmaya devam etmesi için ön plan medya oynatma izni kullanılır ve ses çalarken bir medya bildirimi gösterilir. Uygulama mikrofona, kameraya, rehbere, dosyalara veya konuma erişmez.

Çocuklar

Sleep Baby ebeveynler ve bakım verenler tarafından kullanılmak üzere tasarlanmıştır. Uygulama bilerek çocuklardan kişisel bilgi toplamaz.

Saklama ve tercihleriniz

Analiz verileri Google Analytics ayarlarına göre toplu olarak saklanır; çökme raporları en fazla 90 gün tutulur. Reklam kimliğinizi cihaz ayarlarından sıfırlayabilir veya sınırlandırabilirsiniz; uygulamayı kaldırarak tüm veri toplamayı durdurabilirsiniz.
